Refund & Cancellation Policy

Pro is $14.99/month, renews automatically, cancel anytime. Full refund on request within 7 days of your first charge. After that, no refunds or partial-month refunds.

Billing

Anti-Rug Pro costs $14.99 (USD) per month. You're charged when you subscribe, then automatically on the same day each month until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe and you get a receipt by email for each charge.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime. To cancel, use the manage-subscription link in your Stripe receipt email if it has one, or contact via the Telegram bot @AntiRugCheckBot and we'll cancel it for you and confirm. When you cancel, you won't be charged again and you keep Pro until the end of the month you already paid for.

Refunds

First 7 days: if Pro isn't for you, ask within 7 days of your first charge and we'll refund that charge in full. This applies once per customer.
After 7 days and on renewals: no refunds and no partial-month refunds. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
Billing mistakes: if you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged by mistake, we'll refund it.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
